Alana De La Garza, an incredible actress who is a legend across the screens. The parents of De La Garza were from Ireland and Mexico. The actress was born in Columbus, Ohio, on December 26, 1976. De La Garza moved soon to Texas and studied in physical therapy at the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't stay long in Texas prior to moving to Florida, Orlando. In Orlando, she played a range of roles from local independent films to world-wide commercials. She quickly found her passion in the field of acting despite the tiny role. When she moved from New York, in 2001 she landed her first part as a performer for the television show All My Children. Her roles were sporadic on JAG The Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men during the first half of 2000. The first time she had a major role in a series was the short-lived television drama The Mountain. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Anson Mount, and Mitch Pileggi. The most memorable part of her career was on Law & Order where she was A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared 85 times. Her next role was on the brief-lived spin-off Law & Order: LA. This particular character has earned De La Garza several nominations such as Best Supporting Actress - Television from the Imagen Foundation Awards and even several ALMA Award noms. In 2008, she won the Impact Award at National Hispanic Media Coalition's Outstanding Performance Award for a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza was then selected as a regular actor on CSI Miami. She played Marisol Deko and was also the wife to David Caruso's character Horatio. Her most recent appearance on TV was on Dr. Lena Solis on NBC's mildly darker drama Do No Harm. It was pulled after just two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She is Italian and has a 10 year old younger brother called Cory. Her family was a very traditional and religious one. Milano began her career at seven when her babysitter took her on an audition for acting. Her audition was in the top 1000 applicants. Milano was chosen as one of just four girls. Milano was featured in television advertisements, off-Broadway productions and the American debut of Jane Eyre.
